Easy Processing
Standard panels can be processed to any desired dimension, using butt-welding, extruding or hot air welding. The lightweight sheets are easy to fabricate using regular workshop tooling.
Fast Mounting
Welding or fixing the panels is a quick and simple process in comparison to other materials with comparable strength. This provides a less labour intensive fabrication method.
Durable
Paneltim is resistant to both static loads and dynamic shocks whilst maintaining its elasticity over time. Prime panels do not discolour when subject to sunlight or aggressive gases such as ammonia.
Insulation
The nature of a twin wall panel with a sealed cell structure gives Paneltim a good insulation value. The low thermal conductivity of plastic, in combination with the air in the chambers, slows heat transfer.
Ecological
Paneltim plastic panels are 100% recyclable and keep their raw material value. The panels are free from toxic substances and are complying to EU regulation 2011/65/EU.
