FRESH Plastics is the UK’s sole distributor of Paneltim® polypropylene and high-density polyethylene injection moulded sandwich construction panels.
Our Suffolk-based facility is where we stock a variety of panel types and provide cutting and welding services.
Our Services
We offer two main services to our customer base.
Standard panels refer to our stock material which can be called off in any number of sheets or pallets.
A cut-to-size service is offered when our standard panel sizes do not suit the job. We use an advanced wall saw for accurate sizes and a neat cut.
We also provide a welding service for made-to-measure sheets. Our four-metre butt-welder fuses panels with a neat finish whilst keeping the panel edges closed.

How Are the panels made?
They are injection moulded in two halves before being sandwich welded by butt-fusion

Sheets come in 50mm 35mm and 20mm
What size are standard panels?
Depending on the panel type, thickness and cell structure, our sheets can be:
- 2600 x 1000
- 1200 x 1000
- 1200 x 800

Do you hold stock?
Yes, we have a high volume of panels in stock allowing us to offer quick service from order to delivery. Get in touch to find out which panel types are in stock
Are the panels weldable?
Both our polypropylene and polyethylene panels are weldable using industry-standard tooling such as hot air, extrusion, and butt welders

Yes of course! We welcome visitors to FRESH Plastics to further understand the Paneltim® product and see our workshop in action
