We offer two main services to our customer base.
Standard panels refer to our stock material which can be called off in any number of sheets or pallets.
A cut-to-size service is offered when our standard panel sizes do not suit the job. We use an advanced wall saw for accurate sizes and a neat cut.
We also provide a welding service for made-to-measure sheets. Our four-metre butt-welder fuses panels with a neat finish whilst keeping the panel edges closed.

We can cut sheets to suit your application. If you do not have a saw in the workshop, or you need to free up production capacity, this service is available

The Process
The lightweight nature of Paneltim sheets allows us to load them on and off the wall saw with ease. The saw blade then effortlessly cuts through the material leaving a clean finish
Welding
If you require sheets made to size our welder can produce panels up to 4m wide and 10m long. We use an air lifer to move larger sheet sizes around the workshop

The Process
The panel edge is cut open first to expose the cell structure. The panels are then loaded on to the machine where the welding process only takes just over a minute
