Panels are injection moulded in two halves before being fused together by a butt-welder to seal each individual cell

The cell structure creates a rigid panel which makes it easy to fabricate constructions in a wide range of applications

Paneltim is 100% recyclable, and we also offer our panels manufactured using fully recycled material

The cellular construction generates a very strong yet lightweight material with a versatile range of applications

Paneltim® Relationship
Our connection with Paneltim® is a long-standing relationship which dates back to 1997 when the first recycled panels were produced in Lichtervelde, Belgium. Glyn Baker met with Paneltim’s founder Ludo Deltour to discuss the opportunities for Paneltim® sheets in the UK pig sector. This was the beginning of a successful partnership and one which still stands today, 25 years on.
Over time the applications for Paneltim® sheets and the product range has grown significantly. This presented the opportunity to start FRESH Plastics UK Ltd and distribute to a wider range of market sectors whilst providing support to those looking to use Paneltim® in their own manufacturing processes.
Meet the team
Charlie is the Founder and Director behind FRESH Plastics UK Ltd, which he began 10 years ago in 2013 following on from his BSc Economics degree studied at the University of Sheffield. Over the last 10 years, Charlie has grown the business into a successful company distributing Paneltim® all over the UK as its sole distributor.
He continues researching new uses for the versatile material and explaining to existing plastic fabricators the benefits of using Paneltim® in their applications.
